We work according to the classic model of running an advisory project: from need recognition to process evaluation to drawing conclusions. Our experience leads us to believe that from the client’s perspective neither the correct diagnosis nor the right recommendations by themselves decide the success of a project.

While they are evidently indispensable, we found that getting a proper agreement on the plan for change with all the key stakeholders and then actually implementing it in a coherent and thoughtful way will be no less important for obtaining the expected end result.

This is why in our approach we emphasize the importance of having right from the beginning an open and honest dialogue and we put a lot of stress on the need for good communication throughout the whole process.
