Our Fees

FirmValue pricing level reflects a high quality of our services.  Still we look favourably in relevant comparisons, because we offer:

  • better quality – our services are performed by high class experts with at least a dozen years of consulting and/or industry experience,
  • lower price – because we do not incur costs of eiher multiple layers of management or numerous administrative functions,
  • greater flexibility – as in just about any small company, where the foundation of growth and the source of new projects come from referrals by our current clients who are happy with our services.

 

At the same time it is important to us that our clients see our fees as competitive and consider our work as fully worth the money they spend with us.

We take for granted that every our customer is unique. Therefore, as a matter of course, our remuneration is individually agreed in the contract with each client and depends on the character and type of each project.

Generally, it should be expected to be comprised of one or a combination of several of the following elements:

Remuneration based on hourly and/or daily rates, charged periodically — this is the solution preferred by those of our clients who put a particularly value greater flexibility in shaping their own project scope and timelines.

A transactional fee set at a pre-agreed amount and/or a percentage based commission — this is typical for projects involving a transaction and is payable upon completion of clearly defined distinct project stages.

A modest retainer fee — usually payable upfront monthly for a range of activities to be determined.
